Refund policy
At FitPaws, we’re passionate about helping dogs thrive through fitness, rehab, and play. If your equipment isn’t right, we’ll help guide you through a smooth return or warranty process.
Please note: we’re unable to offer returns on orders outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time. We recommend reviewing product guides carefully before ordering or purchasing directly from our global partners (UK, France, EU).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges to ensure accurate sizing and fit, and recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Our team is happy to guide you through the process if you need sizing or product advice.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for orders shipped to the U.S. and Canada. When you're ready, visit our Return Center.
To start your return, you'll be prompted to enter your FitPaws order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
If you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase, your return will be completely free. If not, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee to send the original item back.
The returned items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund:

Items must be in like-new condition, unused or gently tried indoors, clean, and free of fur, odors, stains, or visible wear.

All parts and accessories must be returned, including items such as plugs, pumps, tools, or other components that were included with the product.

Returns must include all original packaging (boxes, bags, manuals, and tags).
Items missing packaging, parts, or showing significant signs of use are ineligible for a refund. We recommend donating heavily used items to a local animal organization if they are no longer return-eligible.
Refunds
Return and refund processing may take up to 15 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty
FitPaws warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the invoice date. If your product show signs of defective manufacturing during that time, please contact us at info@fitpaws.com.
Your remedy under this warranty is limited to the replacement of your product by FitPaws. All shipping and return costs shall be at your own expense. If it is determined that your product shows signs of defective manufacturing, FitPaws shall replace such product within 90 days after receipt by FitPaws of the returned product. In the event the product is no longer distributed by FitPaws, FitPaws shall provide you with a comparable product, in its sole discretion.
This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence of you or others, failure to use or maintain the product in accordance with the instructions furnished, unreasonable use or acts, accidents, alterations or ordinary wear and tear.
FitPaws shall not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise. The liability of FitPaws shall be limited to the replacement of the product not meeting the quality and specifications warranted, no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. Any such implied warranties are expressly disclaimed in the event applicable law prevents the disclaimer of any implied warranties, such implied warranty shall be limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.
