Shipping policy

On all orders, please allow one day (24 hours) for your order to be processed through our system. We do make every effort to get your order out on the same day; However, please note that all orders received after 2 pm MST/MDT for US orders and 2pm EST for Canadian orders are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. We are closed on the weekends. Orders placed over the weekends, and after the above times on Friday, will ship on Monday per your desired shipping method. For any international orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada, please note that all customs, duties or taxes associated with the shipping of overseas or border country orders are the responsibility of the recipient — FitPaws does not cover these fees associated with shipping orders into other countries in its product purchase price or shipping costs.
